Dinkalem Ademe, known for his high-quality coffee, manages two wet mills in Keffa—Wush Wush and Dinbira—where he and his wife, Sofia, live. The 2010 UNESCO declaration protecting Ethiopia’s montane forests led to a participatory land management policy, which incentivizes sustainable agriculture, including coffee production.
