Brayan, a proud native of Acevedo, Huila, Colombia, produces this Fruit Fermented Sugarcane Decaf coffee, which is tropical, juicy, and super sweet, with notes of peach, passionfruit, tangerine, pineapple, and honey. Brayan, alongside 60 others, including his family, uses an innovative fermentation process that combines a 120-hour anaerobic fermentation with dehydrated passion fruit pulp. After fermentation, the beans are dried in mechanical silos and stabilized for 30 days.
