Rooftop - Ayele Tulu

Produced by Ayele Tulu at his washing station in Ethiopia's Sidama region, this Washed 74158 variety is grown at elevations up to 2,300 meters. After a 45-year career in government, Ayele established the station in 2014 in his hometown of Bona Zuria, collaborating with around 300 smallholder farmers. The coffee offers a floral aroma with flavors of dried apple, jasmine, and tangerine, reflecting the high-altitude terroir and meticulous processing.
