Produced by Helcio Carneiro Pinto at Fazenda Santa Lucia in Carmo de Minas, Brazil, this natural-processed Yellow Catuai is cultivated at elevations up to 1,250 meters. Helcio, who began his journey in coffee at the age of 15, has been instrumental in advancing coffee quality in the region. In the 1990s, he co-founded Aprocam (The Association of Coffee Producers from the Mantiqueira Region), focusing on enhancing coffee quality through innovative processing methods like the pulped natural process. This dedication has led to the production of specialty coffees that are consistently recognized in key markets. In the cup, expect a rich and smooth profile with notes of milk chocolate, marzipan, and roasted almonds, offering a comforting and indulgent experience

My beautiful order from Eight Ounce Coffee

The coffee was perfect, the service was incredible and the mug is my favourite mug right now!!! Each time I use it ..I am reminded of what an awesome place Eight Ounce Coffee is to me. I have been somewhat isolated with this darned pandemic over the past many months..and it was a very special discovery for me to be able to purchase and enjoy items from Eight Ounce. Their staff members, including the wonderful Jake...are all amazing. They knew exactly what I was looking for.... In fact..I want to order another of that same exact mug...because it is so perfect.. Perhaps we can even try another awesome pound of coffee..I love to try new ones ..and Eight Ounce is the place to pursue this adventure. I highly recommend them to all places where they can ship...the excitement of the receipt of their packages...feels a bit like Christmas....such a wonderful place.
