Tasting Notes: Chocolate, Plum, Caramel

Sweet Tooth is a washed Caturra and Bourbon variety coffee produced by Antonio Medina at La Colina farm in Chimaltenango, Guatemala. This coffee offers a beautifully balanced cup with rich notes of chocolate, ripe plum, and smooth caramel. Antonio's journey began in 1991 when he planted his first coffee tree, fulfilling his dream of owning a coffee farm. Over 25 years, his perseverance transformed La Colina, meaning "The Hill," into a testament to hard work and quality. Rosso Sweeth Tooth

I had high hopes for Rosso’s Sweet Tooth Coffee, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. Given the name, I was expecting a well-balanced, indulgent coffee with a smooth sweetness, but instead, it felt overwhelmingly artificial and unbalanced. I usually appreciate Rosso’s attention to quality, but this one missed the mark for me. That being said, it won't stop me from getting some of their other beans though!
