This decaffeinated coffee is a blend of Caturra, V. Colombia, and Castillo varieties from small producers in La Plata, Huila. The coffee is washed, dry-fermented for 24 hours, and dried on shaded raised beds before undergoing sugarcane ethyl acetate decaffeination, preserving its natural sweetness and balance. Expect a cup profile of jam, dark chocolate, and lemon zest, offering a delightful and approachable taste experience.
