Tasting Notes: Browned Butter, Hibiscus, Aromatic Grape

This Yellow Bourbon from Paraiso 92 in Piendamo, Cauca, Colombia, is produced by Wilton Benitez using a Double Anaerobic Thermal-Shock Washed process. Grown at 1900 masl, the coffee undergoes UV sterilization before an intense 96-hour fermentation in stainless steel tanks, resulting in a silky, buttery, and wildly aromatic profile. The cup bursts with notes of browned butter, hibiscus, and aromatic grape, making it a perfect choice for the adventurous coffee lover

Amazing aftertaste!

This one smells SO good and probably one of the best I've had. The smell of hibiscus is so nice, and the aftertaste (even the burps) are amazing. Definitely recommend this.

Delicate!

Delicate and delicious coffee, well-balanced note, not too fruity, just enough! Loved it with v60

What an amazing coffee and great price point. The aromatic grape was on point, kind of like tasting a lychee.
