Their top lot (#1) is a field blend of Typica, Marsellesa, and Sarchimor varieties, fully washed and dried using solar driers, a significant innovation in the community. In the cup, this coffee showcases vibrant acidity with a clean, balanced sweetness, reflecting the meticulous fermentation and drying improvements made by the group.
