Sweet Bloom Coffee -Buku Sayisa

Buku Sayisa is a washing station in Guji, where 450 small plot farmers grow heirloom varieties at elevations of 2100-2300 masl. This washed coffee, carefully processed under the guidance of Yoni Girmai, showcases the region's unique terroir. The cup offers intense floral aromas, followed by vibrant stone fruit flavors, honeyed sweetness, and a refreshing lemon-lime acidity, resulting in a beautifully balanced and complex coffee.
