Barco de Vela is a washed coffee produced by 60 families in the town of Yacuanquer, Nariño, Colombia, at elevations between 1,750 and 1,800 meters. This coffee offers a clean profile with crisp notes of apricot, cacao nibs, and citrus, complemented by the smooth sweetness of milk chocolate. Notably, it was transported by sailboat as part of an initiative to reduce carbon emissions in coffee logistics. Additionally, with each 250g bag sold, 1 EUR is contributed to Project Waterfall, supporting clean water projects in coffee-growing communities
