It comes from the Minas Gerais region of Brazil and is Direct Trade from Henrique, a passionate farmer who’s dedicated to sustainability and quality. He’s earned prestigious certifications, including UTZ for sustainable farming practices and Rainforest Certification.

I can’t recommend a coffee gift list without mentioning Milky Cake from DAK, our best-selling coffee for good reason. Roasted by DAK in Amsterdam, the Castillo cherries from the El Paraiso farm in Colombia are first fermented for 48 hours without oxygen to develop unique flavours. Then, they’re quickly washed using a process called thermal shock, where the temperature is rapidly changed to enhance the sweet and fruity notes. After that, the beans are dried for 34 hours at a low temperature and humidity until they reach the perfect moisture level. This special process gives the coffee its unique and delicious flavour!
