We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.

For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

Cloth coffee filters create another unique brewing profile in your arsenal along with paper and metal filters. They're environmentally friendly, easy to clean and use, and store away small. While they require a little more care and attention to look after, the resulting coffee has the mouthfeel of a metal filter, with the clarity of a paper filter.
