Free Standard Shipping over $100

We ship all orders to the U.S. from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.

For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

Restrictions to the U.S.A..

Some products remain unavailable due to cross-border shipping restrictions. Orders shipping to the U.S. may experience delays due to formal customs clearance. Standard and Free shipping options remain available. Any applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, and processing fees will be calculated and billed at checkout, where applicable, and will not be collected by the carrier at delivery.

Lotus was founded to make brewing great coffee at home easy and accessible to all by focusing on simple, intuitive design, rooted in the science of coffee.

For their first product they chose to focus on the foundation of every brew, the water. Each coffee contains it's own unique collection of flavours and as such, may be optimized by pairing it with a unique water, designed to pull out the best flavours and tame the undesireable ones.
