Customers praised this fruit-forward coffee for its distinctive strawberry flavor, described as tasting "like a creamy strawberry milkshake" and "strawberry jam." The smooth, approachable coffee features low acidity and a chocolaty finish. While some found it intense when hot, it "absolutely shines as an iced V60."

Bryan Alvear from 94 Celcius

The Bryan Alvear from 94 Celcius is a really smooth, easy-drinking coffee that leans heavily into fruit without being sharp or overwhelming. It comes across very much like strawberry jam up front, with a nice sweetness that’s balanced by a roasty, chocolaty, silky finish. The acidity stays fairly low, which makes it approachable and comfortable to drink, and while it doesn’t have a ton of layered complexity, it doesn’t need to — it’s well balanced, fruit-forward, and just plain enjoyable. I’d recommend it especially to anyone who likes fruity coffees but doesn’t want anything too funky or overly acidic.

Lovely strawberry notes

Lovely strawberry notes, and just another tasty roast from 94 Celcius. Works well as a pour over, espresso, or even if you are following trends and using it to make SOUP!

Like drinking strawberry juice

This was a wild experience. The moment you pick up the bag, you can smell fresh strawberries without even opening it. For me, the flavor was a little too intense as hot coffee though, but it absolutely shines as an iced V60l bright, layered, and bursting with incredible strawberry flavor at just the right intensity.
