Tasting Notes: Dark Chocolate, Almond, Brown Sugar

94 Celsius embodies the concept of covalence, fostering a unique synergy between two producers over seasons, inspired by responsible sourcing. Their blend offers a sublime, sweet-chocolatey profile perfect for espressos and lattes, reminiscent of gourmet fudge, to be enjoyed without restraint. It consists of 30% Peruvian beans sourced from the Chota region, including Caturra and Typica varieties from El Cipres farm managed by Producer Mario Jesus, and 70% Brazilian Yellow Bourbon beans from Alta Mogiana's El Dorado farm, overseen by Laerce Franca Faleiros.

Old roast, reasonable flavour

Roast was already 6 weeks old when I received my order. Tasted mediocre, could not get a good pull as a result. Too bad, hard to know how a fresh roast would have compared to my go-to espressos.
