I really enjoyed this coffee. I made it with an Aeropress and enjoyed the floral flavour. Loved this in the morning, to start my work day.

A classic medium-dark washed coffee

A classic washed coffee roasted to medium-slightly-dark level. Not oily. You still get the washed Ethiopian profiles: floral, little stone fruit and some chocolate. Overall bean condition is okay for Ethiopian heirlooms, although hand sorting is highly recommended to remove all defects and improve cup quality. It still tasted a little baggy (which is normal these days) and have very little sweetness in it. Try it with steep-and-release methods and a lower ratio, you will be surprised by the lovely texture!
