COF-CC-0020Situated in Ethiopia’s Sidama region, Bekele manages a notable coffee processing site at 2,350 meters in the Murago area. This high elevation offers a unique microclimate that promotes ideal growing conditions. This year marks Coffee Collective’s first collaboration with Bekele, following a visit from co-founders Casper and Peter to witness his meticulous production methods. After harvesting, cherries undergo natural processing on raised drying beds, resulting in a coffee with rich fruity and floral notes, complemented by a bright, clean finish.
