Good cup of coffee

Good tasting Geisha, took me some time to dial in. I would let it rest for atleast 3-4weeks after roast. Flavour started to come out a lot around 5 weeks for me. Most successful recipe I've had was by doing Tetsu - devil recipe, with a k-ultra on 6.8 grind setting. These beans seem to be a little denser than non-geisha so had to go down a few clicks.
