DAK - Steeped Coffee: Colombia & Ethiopia

Such a cool way to try 3 coffees from this roaster love them all, a little pricy but just don’t have them everyday!

Like having an aeropress in a bag. All three taste great and would recommend!

I think these coffees do a good job imitating a freshly brewed coffee without any hassle. But I find the price tag to be quite high.

Have had all three coffees with whole beans and pour over with V60 switch. Steeped coffee definitely milder and less flavourful but was a nice treat when I was in South America away from my home set up!

First of all the price is way too high compared to the same beans but the taste will not disappoint. The coffee bags taste almost exactly the way you expect them to. There is not much room to play with it as you can do with the beans but they do a good job to keep you perfectly caffeinated when you do not have time to brew coffee or you are camping. My only complaint is the amount micro fines that find their way into the cup from the bag. I think they should have used a better quality paper.
