Great for filter

First time trying David Kim's coffee, very easy to brew, quick drawdown, amazing flavors, very high potential. I only tried v60 but may be difficult to dial-in for espresso.

David Kim gets it right - as always!

Another great coffee from David Kim. A little less bright and juicy than I usually go for, but a wonderful coffee nonetheless.

Quality & Roast Date Issues

David Kim Kiyalo Danche (honey process), listed at a $29.99 was roasted on 13 October 2024, 5 weeks before our order date, and 6 weeks from delivery date, past its peak. The roast is inconsistent and (appears like a med-dark (to the point of oiliness) blended with a light-medium), that had lots of defects (damaged, elephant ears, quakers). This David Kim Kiyalo Danche has lost its fresh peak flavor, and in our opinion is a clearance (level) coffee, by its roast date, flavor, and coffee and roast quality.
