Dose Roaster’s decaf coffee is a rich blend with flavours of chocolate cake, toffee, and black cherry. It comes from Francy Castillo’s Mujeres de Berruecos project in Narino, Colombia. Francy runs a small buying station, sourcing coffee from small-scale farmers who previously had little negotiating power. She grades the coffee herself and ensures fairer compensation for the farmers. This decaf blend, curated for Apex Coffee Imports, exclusively features coffees from women producers in the region. It’s both a delicious and impactful choice, now a mainstay in Dose’s decaf selection.
