We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.

For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

Nestled among the lush, volcanic hills of the Nyamasheke district, Kanzu Washing Station benefits from a unique misty microclimate created by the neighboring Nyungwe National Forest. This high-altitude environment, overlooking Lake Kivu, slows cherry maturation, making Kanzu one of the latest harvests in Rwanda. While the station is a titan of quality for washed process coffees, this natural lot showcases the intense sweetness and fruit-forward potential of the region's Red Bourbon variety. Supported by a community of over 535 farmers, the result is a "fruit bomb" of a cup, lead by deep notes of red plum and strawberry jam, balanced by the refined, herbal clarity of rooibos tea.
