Balanced, Clean

I use Hario V60 with 4:6 brewing. The cup is clean and balanced. Closer to apricot than lemon in the tasting note, with a bit peach. Great price

Pleasant cup

First time drinking Father’s. This was a nice medium light roast profile on this washed coffee. There was a nice tea base to this coffee with nice but subtle lemon and stone fruit acidity. Nothing jumped out of this cup, was just pleasant.
