Beautiful, quality grinder

I thought it was pricy but after a month of use, well worth the price!
Compared to Timemore hand grinder I've used, Ode 2 gives noticeably clean and consistent pour over coffee. Dialing in pour over is now more predictable.
It's very quiet and fast so no issue with early morning grinding.
So far, there has been little retention and no mess.

Great grinder for starters

Ode gen 2 is easy to handle and set-up. Great grinder for those who wants to begin their coffee journey. The grinds are of good quality and it gives off a clean taste when brewed.

Great upgrade from entry level burr grinder

Picked up the Ode gen 2 (with standard burrs) during the holidays and have been really impressed so far. Coming from a Bodum conical grinder (which was a great starter set), the main improvements I've noticed are: much more consistent/uniform grind, waaaay less static/chaff and therefore mess, solid build quality, and much quieter operation. I also love the automatic shut off, since my last grinder was time based; now I just add whatever dose I want to the running grinder and it stops one or two seconds after it's all passed through. Little things like the included brush and magnetic hopper are great touches as well. Overall, really happy with this setup and don't see any need to upgrade for a long time.
