This espresso blend delivers "fruity and chocolatey" notes that customers love. Highly praised as a "daily driver" with "well balanced" flavor profiles. Works excellently with milk or straight, though some found it performs "better as drip than espresso." Easy to dial in and versatile across brewing methods including AeroPress and pour-over.

I started getting FB ads for FUNK coffee....

I started getting FB ads for FUNK coffee and was stoked to see 8ounce carries FUNK so ordered this along with a few September bags and love this one. Will be a reorder and looking forward to trying out some other roasts from them as well.

espresso in my aeropresso

I made some well balanced nice cups of dark roast coffee with the AeroPress, mildly chocolatey, and wife approved. I didn't get the pour over dialed in to gain the WA status.
third wave dark roast water 80-85C

Funk tecnjcolour is always a win. Not too dark so there is nuance to my americano. I hadent ordered coffee before from eight ounce and was very impreessed with how fast the shipment arrived to Vancouver and how fresh the roast date was. Will be ordering this again, thank you!
