We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.
For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

This is a double anaerobic fermentation Castillo variety. Whole cherries are first washed, followed by whole cherry anaerobic fermentation for 48 hours. Then the cherries are pulped and undergo second stage anaerobic fermentation in mucilage for 96 hours. After fermentation, coffee is washed with thermal shock (high temperature washing, followed by cold water). Final phase of controlled drying for 34 hours.
