Hatch - Gaia Farm

This is Hatch's first year working with the team from Finagro, who also runs Edelweiss Coffee Estate and Hatch is excited to share their work. In past seasons they have had successes in experimenting with anaerobic and special processes. This year they have pushed for a focus on developing more consistent and repeatable processing protocols specific for the varieties they produce. That said, this is a washed geisha showcasing the baseline quality that can be achieved by geisha carefully produced in Tanzania.
