A good solid bean, great for lattes and milk drinks

Good coffee with interesting flavor but not my favorite carbonic maceration processed coffee

Nothing special

If you have trouble making good espresso, this is a good "starter" bean. It's pretty forgiving if used in a latte or mocha. I had a few choked shots that, by rights, on paper, should have been *terrible*. But something about this bean helped elevate what otherwise might have been a dreadful shot.

I found this coffee to be a bit weaker than expected in terms of being a darker brew. Nice chocolatey flavor but not as bold as I had hoped.

Adding this to our regular coffee order! If you have tried any of their other blends and enjoyed it, you’ll want to give this one a go!

Such a good cup. I'm still an amateur with pour overs, but I have yet to make a bad cup out of this. Tastes delicious black, hot, on ice, or as a coffee drink (milk, syrups, etc.) Will likely be sticking to this for some time.

This one is good, but sometimes its challanging to get it right on my Lelit Bianca. Not a big deal but I see some inconsistency between batches.

Love the Gamma, i see it as your day to day as it gives you a great espresso double shot and also a great filter coffee as well. Highly recommended

This is likely good, but was let down by the roast date (nearly a month). Eight Ounce is a fantastic merchant-curator of quality gear, but they are not a coffee roaster. Orders from Pallet and Rogue Wave are generally shipped a day or two after roasting; sometimes same day.

This is the second time I’ve tried Hatch coffee and this bean does not disappoint!! Great combination of bright acidity while having that chocolatey finish!

Really enjoying this as a daily driver espresso
