Altos Typica marks the eleventh year of partnership between La Cabra and producer Mauricio Vindas at his farm, Altos del Abejonal. Located 1,800 meters above sea level in the high-altitude Tarrazú region, the farm benefits from volcanic soil and consistent afternoon cloud cover, which provide ideal conditions for slow cherry development.
