Produced by the passionate Roberto Ulloa at his farm, La Divina Providencia, this lot features the SL28 variety—a cultivar traditionally associated with Kenya but here thriving in the volcanic soils of Santa Ana, El Salvador. Grown at 1,700 meters, this washed-process coffee offers a clean and highly transparent profile. While it maintains the structural elegance of a classic Bourbon, the SL28 genetics introduce a distinctive "high-definition" fruit character. The cup is defined by a crisp cranberry acidity that cuts through a rich, decadent base of dark chocolate and deep caramel sweetness, resulting in a sophisticated and vibrant profile.
