Suited for both filter and espresso, this blend typically features a combination of washed lots from Ethiopia and Guatemala. The Ethiopian component, often sourced from the Refisa washing station, undergoes a long, slow fermentation of up to 60 hours, which lends a deep, stone-fruit sweetness reminiscent of tinned peaches. This is balanced by the structured, approachable character of Guatemalan coffee, which provides a clean base and integrates the aromatic top notes of jasmine and citrus into a cohesive, vibrant cup.
