Gorgeous

Gorgeous, clean cup. Notes of ceremonial cocoa and fresh cut flowers. Luna is a great Canadian roaster!

Quite nice

Quite nice! It smells so good upon opening the bag. I used Aero Press Go and waited for 3 mins before pressing. The taste is clear and bright, but a bit bitter cuz it was a bit over-extracted, I'll try shorter time for my next cup. Overall very nice beans.

This coffee from Luna delivers a very balanced cup. It lacks some of the sweetness you'd normally get from an Ethiopian bean sourced from Guji or Gedeb, but overall, it's still a great coffee.
