Customers praised this third wave coffee as "smooth and bright" with "sparkling acidity" and "deep sweetness." Shoppers described it as balanced, not overly fruity, with subtle dried fruit notes. A nice everyday brew

I’m not an especially sophisticated coffee person but this one tastes very nice at a reasonable price point. It’s smooth and bright and works well in my pourover and drip machine both.

A great roast!

This coffee is excellent. Sweet, smooth tasting coffee - one of our favourite new roasts we have tried. Perfect one for the first cup of coffee in the morning. Another great roast from Phil & Sebastian!

Sparkling acidity, deep sweetness, fruity and fast finish

Wow. I never knew Costa Rican coffee could taste like this. This one surprised me!!! I love this coffee. First time ever trying the Villa Sarchi variety. I added this one to my order as an afterthought, but I’m very happy I did. Note: this is a yellow honey process, not washed as the info on the site says. That’s ok though, because this one is very, very clean and sweet for a honey process. Sparkling, refreshing acidity with an accompanying deep candy sweetness in the overtones and a fast but intense fruity finish. Such an amazing value. My first Phil & Seb experience and I’m very happy. *highly* recommend adding this onto your order!

Amazing selection of beans

This coffee was a surprise. I have this ordered on repeat anytime I place an order now. My new go to, plenty of flavor, bitterness and acidity.

A great coffee!

This coffee had a nice nougaty sweetness. The dried fruit notes are subtle, and almost come out as a more fruit punch vibe.
