Saison is a dark roast blend inspired by Italian tradition, designed for espresso. Crafted with care, it’s easy to extract, delivering a comforting cup with or without milk. This blend, featuring coffees from Brazil and Colombia, is selected based on seasonality, high purchase prices, and transparency. Grown at altitudes of 1000m (Brazil) and 1500m (Colombia), the beans are picked at full maturity, processed with meticulous care, and dried slowly.
