Roasti - La Isla

Luis Padilla, a passionate Costa Rican coffee producer, comes from a family with a deep coffee tradition. After studying agronomy, he worked in agriculture and offered micro loans to rural farmers. In 2017, Luis, alongside his family, bought a coffee farm in Lourdes de Cirri, Naranjo, and founded La Isla. The farm, which had been abandoned, was renovated and replanted with high-quality coffee varieties like Villa Sarchi, SL-28, and Geisha. With a strong family legacy and a focus on quality, La Isla is poised to become a major player in Costa Rican coffee production.
