Eyder Martinez, a biochemical engineer known for his work at El Paraiso, collaborates with local producers to ensure exceptional quality and precise processing. Grown at extreme elevations up to 2400 meters, this Caturra lot undergoes a traditional washing process that highlights the vibrant terroir. The result is a sparkling cup with intense sweetness reminiscent of nectarines and plums, complemented by a zesty lime finish and delicate jasmine florals.
