COF-SP-0026The Karimikui factory, part of the Rungeto FCS cooperative in Kenya, processes cherries from hundreds of smallholders using meticulous methods, including dry fermentation and soaking, to produce high-performing coffees year after year. The coffee, primarily from SL28 and Batian varieties, offers vibrant black currant, sweet brown sugar, and juicy pineapple acidity, with delicate florals reminiscent of black tea. This clean and vibrant cup has a long finish and a silky, thin body, showcasing the nutrient-rich soil and expert processing techniques of the region.
