The coffee undergoes the ethyl acetate (EA) decaffeination process, preserving its rich flavors. Expect malic notes of yellow plum and cloudy apple juice over a rich, chocolatey texture, complemented by hazelnut undertones.

Delicious decaf!

This is delicious decaf that I've been enjoying for an after-dinner espresso. I've tried many decafs and am often disappointed - this is the first bag I've polished off in recent memory!

Typical EA processed decaf

Has the usual vinegary taste when extracting espresso. Feels like a more medium roast otherwise. Some caramel/chocolatey flavours. Pulling 1:2.5 ratio shots at lower temps.
