We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.
For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

While this is the first time Subtext has featured a lot under Ximena Cifuentes’ name, her expertise has been central to her family's coffee for years. Working alongside her mother, Maria Delgado, on their 1.5-hectare farm in the high-altitude region of Buesaco, Ximena has mastered the nuances of the Nariño terroir. Grown at a staggering 2,100–2,400 meters, this washed Caturra proves that traditional varieties can rival the complexity of more celebrated cultivars like Pink Bourbon. The extreme elevation and meticulous quality control result in a deeply sweet and vibrant cup, defined by bright mandarin acidity, crisp pear, and a distinct raspberry finish
