We ship all orders to the U.S. from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.

For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

Restrictions to the U.S.A..

Some products remain unavailable due to cross-border shipping restrictions. Orders shipping to the U.S. may experience delays due to formal customs clearance. Standard and Free shipping options remain available. Any applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, and processing fees will be calculated and billed at checkout, where applicable, and will not be collected by the carrier at delivery.

Our team works with the roasters we carry to maintain a selection of freshly roasted coffee in packaging that preserves the freshness of the coffee. Bishan Wate is a Special Preparation lot from the Guji region, sourced from the washing station of the same name. Owned by Testi Coffee, a family business led by Faysel Adham Yonis, the station collects cherries from approximately 50 smallholders farming at extreme elevations up to 2350 meters.
