We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.

For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.

Reduced Tariffs on Chinese Goods: Following a new agreement between the U.S. and China, tariffs on Chinese imports have been significantly reduced. Previously, tariffs were as high as 145%, but they have now been lowered to 30% for a 90-day period starting May 14, 2025. These new tariff numbers are in addition to any existing duty rates that were applicable on imports and vary from product to product.

De Minimis Rule Changes: The U.S. has eliminated the duty-free exemption for shipments under $800 from China and Hong Kong. These low-value imports are now fully subject to customs duties.

Tariffs on Canadian Goods: A 25% tariff now applies to most goods originating from Canada. However, the de minimis rule still applies for Canadian goods.

Nice latte/ espresso cup

The green color is not available in the USA. Decided to pay the exorbitant shipping cost of almost twice the cost of the cup. That was regular mail too. Love the cup so I’m over the shock of the shipping cfhuhhhhhh

Love this cup! Perfect for a long black

I’ve loved Acmes since I was in NZ. I couldn’t find a place to sell this brand but now I know 8ozs has them! The Tulip cup is a perfect size for a Long Black or Flat White. And I love the feeling when my lips touch the cup. Wish I have more colours :)

Best Cup!

This cup is the perfect size for adding a bit more milk in your flat white. It's very well constructed, heavy, and aesthetically pleasing (got the whale colour). It adds to the experience more than you think a cup would. Can't see myself using another cup for quite some time. It's simply a pleasure to hold and use.

I ordered this beautiful tulip cup along with the mighty and the latte cups for my friend’s birthday and let me tell you, ABSOLUTELY. GORGEOUS. !!! So aesthetically pleasing to look at, the colours are so lovely and omg the grip.. is amazing. Also, thank you for the special “happy birthday” note and the lip balm :) I will FOR SURE be ordering more for myself soon...

It feels so silly to be this enthusiastic over a CUP

I'm pretty surprised, I didn't really think a cup would elevate the "coffee experience" this much. The tactile feel of the porcelain, the tapered lip, the weight (it's heavy!), they all combine to make your coffee feel "more". I can't really say it makes my coffee taste better, but it certainly allows me to enjoy my cup a lot more than with a regular, "pleb" mug. ;)
