    Using soft, organic cotton, this V60 filter is hand-sewn in the USA. It fits on any HARIO V60-01 dripper or brewer, and comes in a pack of two - so you've always got a spare.

    We love the difference this filter makes. Not only are you reusing your filter, you're also creating a totally different flavour profile than you would get with paper or metal filters. Cloth filters allow more oils through, and therefore give you more body - without sacrificing complexity.

    We've found that brew times using a CoffeeSock are a little faster (20-30s) than when using the same coffee with a paper filter. You may need to make your grind a little finer than what you would normally use for paper filter.

  • Cleaning Instructions:

    • compost your grounds (great for your soil)
    • turn your sock inside out and rinse with hot water
    • squeeze out excess water, and hang up to dry thoroughly between uses. this is all the cleaning that is necessary with ordinary use

    To further sanitize occasionally, or as necessary:

    • boil for 5 minutes
    • or run through dishwasher
    • or soak in water and microwave on high

I’m Brazilian, where cloth filters are traditional, so I really liked to be able to use cloth filter in my V60. It makes a pour over with richer taste (my personal opinion) and this filter is easy to clean and dry. Is very resistant too.

Good product

Coffee beginner friendly. Easy to use and clean, works well as a filter. It could be stained with coffee even tho you washed it, but not really a big issue. Really good product, worth the price:)

Pretty good

I'm no coffee nerd but this suits my needs perfectly and I love that it reduces waste. They clean very easily which was surprising to me. Will probably buy again

Solid compromise

This is not a good option for folks who like to nerd out about their coffee. I ordered two packs (4 filters) and each is a different shape and size and somehow has a different flow rate, which makes consistent cups pretty much impossible. That being said, its really nice to not having to keep ordering packs of paper filters and this is a great option for saving some money that you can put towards great coffee.

Product is great, QC is ....

Been using these for a few weeks now. Very happy with the coffee. IMO worth the trade-off of time spent maintaining vs. disposing of so many paper filters. Deserves five stars.

I took one star off for the QC. I expected some minor variations, but in this case one filter was sewn so off center that part of it is shorter than the wall of my v60. I can still use it, but it affects my brew method. The other filter is perfect. I would still recommend this product. Hopefully your filters are all good.
