Tasting Notes: Melon, Papaya, Black Tea.
Produced by over 1,200 smallholders delivering to the Chelbesa washing station in Gedeb, Ethiopia, this "Dirty Natural" processed lot is grown at elevations up to 2,300 meters. Ripe cherries undergo a 168-hour anaerobic fermentation before drying in the shade for about 23 days. This meticulous process results in a cup with vibrant notes of melon and papaya, complemented by a black tea finish.
