This special Chasen, for matcha tea, is made by a descendent of 24 generations of “Chasen” artisans in Nara, Japan. The chasen are beautifully detailed and use a local bamboo that is dried for 2 years. 100% natural and chemical-free.

Do not put in dishwasher. Do not use soap. Hand wash only. Before every use, soak bottom half of the Chasen whisk in water to soften them.
