Porlex II Burrset

My Porlex Mini Grinder was out of commission after the burr cracked. But the Porlex II Burrset (along with the Porlex Burr Holder II) got me up and running again. Everything fit just fine even though I have the original Porlex Mini.

Had an issue with my order delivery and the help I received from customer service at eight ounce coffee was very professional and helpful.
Nothing negative to say.

I was surprised and happy to find replacement parts for my beloved Porlex grinder in Calgary. No shipping! No waiting! Yay!
Friendly customer service and the "no contact" pick-up worked perfectly even though I didn't have a phone. I just provided a window of my arrival time and their staff was waiting for me.

My order arrived promptly after ordering. The outer burr ring had a small defect. I contacted customer service and they had a new one at my door in about 2 days. Will definitely order from Eight Ounce again!

My order was shipped quickly and the contents were well packaged. Everything arrived in good shape, but one item was missing (no big deal -- stuff happens!). Eight Ounce responded quickly and shipped the missing item promptly, even though it was over the holiday season. They were really great to deal with. I will continue to shop at Eight Ounce for all of my coffee-making supplies.

Getting this burrset enabled me to fix my porlex instead of having to trash it and get a new one, which makes me happy.
I held onto it for 2 years, waiting for these to come back in stock.
In the various cafes I've visited where they sell porlex grinders, nobody sells the burrs for repairs.
I know you make money by selling new stuff, but you can also make money by selling stuff to fix stuff.
