We ship all orders from our 30,000 sq ft warehouse in Calgary, Canada, where our in-house team works closely across departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality packaging. We don’t use third-party logistics (3PL) companies because we believe in delivering the best possible experience when shipping your sweet coffee gear.
For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. For orders shipping to the U.S. under $100, we charge a flat rate of $12.
For our U.S. Customers
Some products remain unavailable due to cross-border shipping restrictions. Orders shipping to the U.S. may experience delays due to formal customs clearance. Standard and Free shipping options remain available. Any applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, and processing fees will be calculated and billed at checkout, where applicable, and will not be collected by the carrier at delivery.
Sourced from the Chelbesa One washing station in the Gedeb Zone, this lot represents the collective efforts of approximately 1,000 smallholder farmers. The coffee primarily consists of endemic "Landrace" varieties, specifically the heirloom types Korume and Wolisho, which have thrived in the high altitudes of Ethiopia for centuries. Upon arrival at the station, the cherries are floated for sorting, depulped, and then undergo a dry fermentation in tanks for 2–3 days. After a thorough washing, the parchment is dried on raised beds for up to 10 days, during which it is constantly turned to ensure uniform humidity. This meticulous washed processing results in a light-bodied, sparkling cup that beautifully balances delicate lavender florals with juicy stone fruit and bright citrus notes.
