Bella Alejandría Geisha II is a refined and floral anaerobic washed Geisha from Wilder Lazo in Huila, Colombia. This exceptional lot comes from a meticulous selection process, where only the most aromatic trees were used to cultivate this "pura genética" Geisha. Cherries were pulped and fermented anaerobically in mucilage for 36 hours before being washed and dried on raised beds for 12 days. The result is a vibrant, fruit-forward cup with delicate florals, candied stone fruit, and citrus complexity.
