EXPERIENCE SPECIALTY COFFEE IN A NEW WAY!
The Sibarist DUAL CHAMBER Specialty Coffee Filter is a completely new brewing concept. A paper filter with two brewing chambers to extract different soluble compounds in the same brew, allowing you to shape the cup profile by deciding which coffee flavours you want to enhance.
The two filter brewing chambers offer the ability to brew different coffee doses, ratios, contact times, grinds, temperatures and coffees in the same brew (why not?). The DUAL CHAMBER opens a completely new framework for coffee extractions, allowing you to decide which flavour compounds to develop, the ability to construct the desired flavour to provide the best sensory experience, and finally, reach the maximum performance of each coffee.
Like their FAST filters, Sibarist's DUAL CHAMBER filters, use the same incredible paper made from Abacá Plant Fibre, the strongest natural plant fibre, which allows for a thinner paper with the same structural integrity of other thicker paper filters. Allowing you to brew faster at a finer grind and acheive a higher extraction without choking your brew.

HOW TO BREW USING THE DUAL CHAMBER
- Fold the sealed area.
- Open and place the filter in to the dripper.
- Rinse the filter, starting from the center and moving towards the outer edge by pouring hot water in a circular motion. Make sure that the entire surface of the filter is stuck to the walls of the dripper.
- Fill in each brewing chamber with the desired dose, grind or coffee.
- Start the brewing! You can pre infuse and brew the two chambers on the same time or brew the two chambers in different times, remember, the target is to learn more about flavoring compounds extraction. Time to explore.
