Friedhats - Diego Horta: Washed Gesha

Diego Horta’s love for coffee doesn’t begin and end with farming and production, he also opened his own coffee shop in Santa Maria to widen the reach of specialty and share with others the joy of a good cup. You may have already seen Friedhat's naturally processed Gesha from Diego Horta’s El Rinon farm… well here’s the washed version! Whilst the natural cup gives one the effervescence of champagne, this one is more on the orange wine-y side. Red grape, orange blossom, and tangerine fill the cup with lots of sharpness and bite. Grown at 1700 masl and with an anaerobic fermentation to boot, this is a good one for the summer.
