Luna Coffee - Kelvin Pineda
COF-LN-0114Roasted for filter and espresso, this Pacas micro-lot comes from Kelvin Pineda’s Finca La Arianita in Santa Bárbara, Honduras. The coffee is fermented in concrete tanks without water for 24 hours, then washed and dried on raised beds. Kelvin inherited the farm from his father-in-law, Elio Diaz, and continues to grow Pacas and Bourbon varieties at 1700 meters. The farm’s steep slopes and ecological diversity contribute to the exceptional quality of the coffee, which is carefully processed with hand-picked cherries and meticulous fermentation. Pacas, a natural mutation of Bourbon, is known for its compact growth and high-quality yields
